How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
- Processing time is 1-2 business days. After being processed your order is shipped! Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive domestically in the U.S and 3-10 internationally. Holidays, restock days, and other delays or days where we have large influxes of orders can also affect our shipping times. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. What is your refund and return policy?

How do I cancel or edit an order I placed?
- Once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled or edited. To cancel an order you placed that has not been shipped, please contact us using our contact form the the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation {#1234)'). You will be notified of the cancellation or edit made to that via the email on file for that order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
-We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, and all major credit and debit cards. You can also use Sizzle or Shop Pay so you can split your payments up and pay for your order over time!
How do I use discount codes in your shop?
-After you've finished adding everything you want to your cart. click 'Checkout', you'll then be asked to enter your information, after that you can click 'Add a discount code or gift card' and input your discount code!
How do I check the status of my order?
-Once an order is placed your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. Please ensure all your information is correct upon placing your order. You will receive order updates via that email and can also track your order's progress in the 'Shop' app.
What if the product doesn't work for my skin/I have an allergic reaction?
-Unfortunately, skincare is not one-size fits all, and your skin may not agree or react well to our products. Please read the product descriptions and ingredients thoroughly and note that our products are all natural which is great, but you also run a higher risk of having an allergic reaction. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for these issues. Discontinue use and/or consult with a doctor or dermatologist if irritation occurs.
